St. Bernadette Parish

St. Bernadette is fortunate to have four groups that provide music at Mass. 

CONTEMORARY ENSEMBLE  

This group provides music at the 9:30 Mass and special liturgies. New members ages teen through adult either instrumentalist or singer are welcome. Applicants must be able to read music and sing SATB.

CHOIR

This group provides music at the 11:00AM Mass and special occasions. Both men and women high school and up are urged to join. Reading music is not a prerequisite. They are especially interested n male tenors and female altos. Practice is every Thursday night at the church.    

CANTORS

Cantors lead the congregation at weekend liturgies not covered by choirs. They strive to inspire, assist and lead the people in the singing of songs, psalms and acclamation.  Auditions are required.   

CHILDREN’S CHOIR

This group consisting of children in the second through eighth grades on occasion provides music at the 4:30 Mass. Membership is open to children from the entire parish.
